Former Member of the Board of Directors, Institute for Development of Production of Guatemala. Former Chairman, Board of Directors of Guatemalan Maritime Enterprises (FLOMERCA). Registrar of the Property Registry of Guatemala, 1982. Registrar of the Mercantile Registry of Guatemala, 1983. MEMBER: Guatemalan Bar Association. LANGUAGES: Spanish and English.
