Former Arbitration Law Professor, Francisco Marroquin University School of Law, Guatemala. MEMBER: Guatemala and International Bar Associations; International Trademark Association -INTA- (Latin America & Caribbean Subcommittee - ACEC of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committe); Interamerican Association of Industrial Property -ASIPI- (Anti-Counterfeiting Committee).
